We offer you a variety of different classes: CrossFit,  Cycle X Strong, Endurance, Functional Fitness... There is something for everyone! The first trial lesson is on us.

You are welcome to join most classes as a visitor at short notice. It is important to know that the number of participants in all courses is limited. Please reserve your place in advance.

CrossFit class, doing pushups
      CROSSFIT CLASSICS

 

This class is for anyone who already has CrossFit experience or has attended the intro class.

Our CrossFit Classics training always includes a strength and/or conditioning program that combines elements from different disciplines such as weightlifting, sprinting, bodyweight exercises, etc. The aim is to develop in a variety of ways: endurance (cardiovascular and respiratory endurance and stamina), strength (performance and strength), flexibility, speed, dexterity, balance, coordination and accuracy. The exercises involve complex movements such as squats, deadlifts, cleans and cleans.

Good technique is essential in these demanding exercises, so we always do a technique session after the warm-up, followed by a WOD.

Heavy weights
CROSSFIT INTRO

In this class you will learn the most important basics of CrossFit as well as the correct execution of the classic CrossFit exercises. This class starts with a warm-up followed by a technique part and the Workout of the Day (or WOD for short). With this WOD training you can immediately apply and practice the skills you have acquired, while at the same time breaking a sweat. It is highly recommended to take this foundation class if you are new to CrossFit or if you want to continue working on your technique.

CROSSFIT & ENDURANCE

Do you want to improve your endurance? Do you love intensive cardio training? Then the endurance class is right for you! Here, too, we train in the classic CrossFit style, but the endurance workouts are more cardio-intensive and with low technical demands. The WODs are longer than CrossFit Classic and we are sure: Here you will improve your basic endurance.

There are no specific requirements for the endurance class. Anyone who feels like torturing themselves a little can take part. True to the motto: No pain, no gain.

Functional fitness class
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

 

In our functional fitness training, you usually train with your own body weight and occasionally use additional weights. We cover a wide range of exercises, from the classic push-ups and pull-ups to more complex exercises like a handstand.

The exercises require strength, mobility, body control and patience. Functional fitness training improves your motor skills, promotes muscle building and endurance and gives you strength for everyday life. 

Core Strength & Fitness
CROSSFIT & CORE STRENGTH

 

Strong core muscles are crucial for good posture and a strong back. In order to strengthen this core strength, targeted exercises for the stomach and back are essential. It's not just about pure "six-pack training", but also about strengthening the deeper muscle layers in the core area. These not only support your spine, but also internal organs and the pelvic floor. The most effective exercises include planks, crunches, Russian twists, Superman, etc. Regular training of your back/core muscles can ensure better stability and fewer back problems not only in sports but also in everyday life.

Cycle X Strong

Cycle X Strong is a cycling class that combines elements of CrossFit and indoor cycling. Cycle X Strong is about combining the best of both worlds to deliver an intense and effective training experience. Cycle X Strong classes are energetic and motivating, with stirring music - and the training is suitable for everyone: The training can be individually adapted depending on fitness level and intensity, so that both beginners and advanced users benefit from it.

PERSONAL TRAINING AND OPEN GYM

If you wish, you can book personal training sessions with us. And as soon as you have trained with us for at least 90 days (or earlier by arrangement) and are familiar with the various devices and exercises, you are very welcome at the Open Gym. There you have the opportunity to work together with others or to carry out your own training program. The open gym times are strictly limited and only possible outside of class times.
