For the safety of all of us and for the most effective training possible, the following rules apply in our CrossFit and Group Fitness studio:

Safety comes first: Always follow the safety rules and instructions. Pay attention to your technique and do the exercises correctly to avoid injuries.

​

Respect to all: Coaches, instructors, trainers and other trainees.

Willingness to help employees and other participants. We are a community and we help each other.

​

Order: Please return used devices, accessories, etc.

​

Punctuality: Show up on time for a course or training. Being late can disrupt the flow of training for others.

​

Reserve your place in Zen Planner: You should always reserve your place in a course or in the Open Gym.

​

Bringing other people: You are welcome to bring someone with you to training. For trial training or for a single entry. Please register the person with us beforehand.

​

No shows and canceling a class: If you are unable to come to a class that you have already booked, it is considered a "no show". It is best to cancel booked courses in good time.

​

Warm up and cool down: Do a proper warm-up before each workout to warm up your muscles and prevent injury. It's just as important to do a post-workout cool down to slowly cool down your body. If there is a warm-up and cool-down in a class, all participants should participate.

​

Listen to your body: Adjust weights to your level and train according to your individual fitness level. Adjust exercises to your abilities and don't overestimate yourself.

​

Hygiene and equipment care: Use a towel and clean the devices after use. Treat the devices with us with care. After use, put them back in their designated place and keep them clean. Please do not drop any weights - unless expressly permitted (drops allowed).

​

Communication: Let us know of any injuries, limitations, or special needs you have. This is the only way we can support you appropriately.
