Swing your fists – our new boxing class is waiting for you!

Have you ever thought: "I want to try boxing!" and then suddenly had an image of Rocky Balboa and painful bruises in your head? No panic! We have the right class for you: boxing in a group fitness format. And no, you don't have to compete against anyone - except your inner bastard. Here are five reasons why you should definitely try this course:


1. For every “fitness level” (yes, even for couch potatoes)

No matter whether you fight the daily battle with the alarm clock or with the chocolate - everyone can join in here. You set the pace and our trainer makes sure you don't overdo it (or laze around)!

Not just a great workout for your biceps, but for your whole body! Who needs cardio when you have punch combinations?


3. Team power

Sweat together, laugh and maybe even swear a little. Believe me, together it's twice as much fun!


4. A bit like a superhero

In addition to a brilliant workout, you will also learn how to defend yourself. Not that we want you to get in trouble, but it's always good to have some moves, right?

Let's be honest: it just feels good to punch a punching bag, especially after a stressful day.
